Academic Scholars Program
Advising Tips by College

There are a number of different paths by which Academic Scholars typically fulfill their ASP requirements, which are largely shaped by the College they belong to.   For example, Music majors have very different types of course needs from Engineering students; both are different from students in Comm Arts or who haven't declared their major preference yet, and so on.

The following links will take Scholars and their advisors to "tip sheets" designed for Scholars in each College, to help them plan the kinds of courses they can use to complete their ASP requirements in their first two years.  Questions and corrections are welcome: if you have either, please contact the ASP Coordinator at asp@msu.edu.
