COPS and CORES
Council of Progressive Students.
There are six COPS groups (including the Alliance) at MSU. They share the COPS resource center in the attic of the Union. They are The Alliance of LBGTA Students, Arab Cultural Society, Council for Students with Disabilities, Jewish Student Union, International Student Association, and Womyn's Council.

Council of Racial and Ethnic Students
There are four CORES groups at MSU. They share the Multicultural Center in the basement of the Union. They are Asian Pacific American Student Organization, Black Student Alliance, Culturas de las Razas Unidas, and North American Indian Student Organization.

The North American Indian Student Organization (N.A.I.S.O.) is a non-profit student organization for students of Michigan State University.
